Orders are processed and packaged 3-7 business days from the order date depending on the item.
If purchased on their own, stickers and keychains are sent via lettermail - meaning they are untracked. Cups, Apparel, and larger accessories will be shipped by Canada Post, and tracking numbers will be sent in the shipping confirmation email!
Please remember that we are in the middle of a global pandemic, and all shipping times are beyond my control. Once a package has left my possession, there is nothing further that can be done on my end. Please order early to avoid any disappointment, especially during the holiday season!
L o c a l P i c k U p
If you are located in the Barrie area, local pickup is available free of charge! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out, and you're set!
When you arrive, you will see a large, grey bin labelled “Taylored to you pickup” your order will be waiting for you there
If your order remains un-picked up for 7 days, it will no longer be brought in at the end of each day. It will be left in the bin and will be available any day, any time. We will no longer be responsible for the condition of your order once 7 days have passed.
R e t u r n & E x c h a n g e P o l i c y
Stickers cannot be returned. If there are issues with your order, please contact us so we can see if your circumstance qualifies for a refund or a replacement. Reminder that although stickers are weatherproof/water resistant, they are not 100% waterproof. Do not put them through the dishwasher or soak for long periods of time!
Tumblers have a 30 day warranty. They are handmade, delicate items and require more care than the average water bottle. Do NOT soak, hand wash only and dry immediately. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
Phone cases are made to order and are non refundable. No exceptions. Please ensure you select the proper case size at checkout as there will not be an exchange made in the event you order the wrong size.
Not the right fit? No problem! We will happily accept return and exchange apparel in its original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents. Taylored to you reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. You have 14 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for a full refund on the product. All shipping costs are non refundable. The customer will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
